Other Ingredients:
Hydoxypropyl cellulose, maltodextrin, stearic acid,
microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon
dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, soy polysaccharides,
natural peppermint flavor and magnesium stearate.

Directions:
Start with 1 tablet of this product in the morning and 1 tablet
in the evening, increasing intake by 1 tablet every other day
until you achieve 2-3 bowel movements per day. Do not
exceed 6 tablets twice per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water
per day.

Warning:
Do not use if safety seal is broken.Check with your doctor
before using this product if you are using a medication or have
any medical conditions. Do not use if you are pregnant or
 lactating. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Not
