Ingredients:

primrose oil*, (0.9 mg GLA per capsule), rice germ and bran
oil, soy lecithin (GMO-free), oat germ and bran oil*, tocotrienols,
in a gelatin capsule.

Directions:
Take 2 capsules three times a day with meals.
